REFUND / RETURN POLICY
Castle RuMar understands that third party carriers have been known to damage items due to acts of nature or from improper handling. That is why each item ships out insured to cover the costs in the event that this should happen. Thankfully, in twenty-five plus (25+) years of shipping our treasures through our online stores and auctions, that such occurrences is a very rare.
These are our online purchase terms and conditions agreement:
- We do offer a refund with a ten percent (10%) restocking fee and less the donated amount to the charity item is being sold for, and since the money is going to charity and will be donated immediately upon shipping the item out and item being received by purchaser. The amount of the sale donated to charity will be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds are offered only if the item is returned within 24 hours of receiving the item, and also after contacting Castle RuMar to notify us of an error on our end. This means, if you were sent the wrong item, but not if you are suffering from buyer's remorse, or the item didn't fit. Once the item is sold, we can no longer take the item back for sanitary reasons. Castle RuMar has yet to have an error occur on our end in twenty-five (25) years of sales.
- Castle RuMar reserves the right to block buyer accounts who are abusive or try to implement returns.
- All items are photographed and video taped before being packed up for our protection and the buyer's protection. This means, if the item is lost, stolen or damaged in shipping, there is an accurate record for the insurance provider that will be sent to the carrier's insurance upon their request once a claim has been opened.
